Big boi burgers with potato wedges and spicy mayonnaise

Meat

This meal is basic but pretty f'ing good. The taters with the spicy mayonnaise will get you going.

Making the potato wedges:
- Preheat oven to 400°
- Rinse the potatoes and chop into thin wedges
- In a large bowl mix potatoes, vegetable oil, smoked paprika, and 1 tbsp of salt. Toss until potatoes are coated.
- Spread the potatoes on two baking sheets. Try and get them flat across the pans so no wedges are layered on top of one another.
- Put the potatoes in the oven and cook for 20 – 25 minutes or until crispy.
- Mix the mayonnaise with the sriracha in a small bowl and set aside.

Making the burgers:
- Beat the egg
- Dice the garlic and 1/2 the onion
- In a large bowl mix the ground beef, beaten egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onion, Cayenne pepper, and 1 tsp of salt.
- Form the mixture into 4 patties (or 6 if you want smaller burgers).
- Preheat a large skillet on medium heat.
- Once hot, add the patties to the skillet and cook for 5–6 minutes on each side, flipping once.
- Once burgers are cooked, drain the grease from the pan and toast the buns.

Dress the burgers with lettuce, tomatoes, the remaining onion and whatever other toppings you want.

Enjoy your burgers you little rascal!
