These fish tacos are easy to make and are a nice break if you're used to getting protein from terrestrial sources.

Preheat the over to 375°.

Prepare the fish:
- Lay the tilapia fillets out on a baking sheet.
- Make the fish seasoning by adding 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, 1 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp pepper to a small bowl and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle the seasoning over both sides of the fillets.
- Drizzle the fillets with olive oil. Drop a small pad of butter on top of each fillet for added deliciousness.
- Put the fish in the oven and bake for 20 - 25 minutes. Once finished baking, broil for 2 - 3 minutes to give the fish a crispier texture.

Prepare the toppings:
- Thinly slice 1/2 the head of small purple cabbage (the thinner the better).
- Dice the tomatoes.
- Dice the avocados.
- Thinly slice 1/2 the red onion.
- Rinse 1/2 the bunch of cilantro and remove the stems.
- Grate the cheese.

Toast the tortillas in a pan for a few minutes on medium heat prior to assembling your tacos. Build your tacos, squirt some lime on top. Bon appétit!
